First place winner in the Grand Bahama District Spelling Bee, Shelleta
Ferguson, a seventh grade student at the Seventh-day Adventist Grand
Bahama Academy, will compete in the national finals this Sunday, March
14, 2008 in Nassau, Bahamas. Shelleta has been prepared by coaches,
teachers and family. She is quoted as saying, "I'm not really nervous.
I'm looking forward to winning. I feel prepared. I studied hard and I'll
try my best and just trust in God to get me through." |
