The North Bahamas Conference held it's first "Festival of the
Laity" during its recent conventions. Churches, department leaders and members
in general throughout the conference reported on God's success during 2008 and
their plans, projections and commitment for 2009. Great emphasis was placed on
Pentecost and More 2009 campaigns. Persons were also awarded for their
commitment to giving Bible studies and rendering community service over the past
five years.
