GBA Student Achieves Best BJC Academic
Results on entire Grand Bahama Island
Tanicia Pratt, a Grade 10 student at the Grand Bahama Academy of
Seventh-day Adventists, achieved the best Bahamas Junior Certificate
(BJC) academic results on the island of Grand Bahama. There are some
eleven high schools on this island and Grand Bahama Academy offers a
solid well-rounded academy program. Tanicia sat her BJC exams when she
was in Grade 9; however, the results were not forthcoming until the end
of January 2008.
