Concert to Benefit Abaco Community

Pastor Desmond Sturrup, an
intern minister in the North Bahamas Conference assigned to
the North Abaco and Salem Seventh-day Adventist Churches,
under the direction of Conference President and Senior
District Pastor, E. Bryan Tinker, is coordinating a gospel
concert to be held at the Marsh Harbour Seventh-day
Adventist Church in Abaco, Bahamas on Saturday, August 29,
2009 at 7 P.M. The concert is free even though a special
offering will be taken to aid a special food-for-the-needy
project. Featuring in the concert will be Wilfred Adderley,
Jr., tenor soloist from Nassau and a recent graduate from
Andrews University; Basil Been, bass soloist; and Pastor
Silbert Mills of the community Baptist Church. You will
also be inspired as you listen to the beautiful compositions
and improvisations by Pastor Desmond Sturrup on the
keyboard. |
