Mission Mega Baptism Sabbath

On Sabbath May 27, 2006, the North Bahamas Mission had three crusades running at the same time, the culmination of which resulted in baptisms throughout the Mission territory.  The Shiloh, Sunrise and Freeport churches were under the tent with Pastor Michael Smith.  The Bethesda Church was in their church with Evangelist Berenice Deravial from Haiti and the South Abaco and Marsh Harbour churches came together in Marsh Harbour with Evangelist Ryan Simpson from Jamaica.  At the end of the day over 55 persons had been baptized.  This weekend once again, there will be further baptism throughout the Mission's territory and we pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit once again.
 

Mission Office Continues To Take Shape

As time rolls on, the Headquarters Complex of the North Bahamas Mission now under construction continues to take shape.  The interior has now been partitioned off leaving the windows and doors to be installed.  The pictures capture the work in progress.

Adventist Police Officer Receives Promotion

Bro. William Rahming, a member of the Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist Church was recently promoted from Corporal to Sergeant in the recent promotional exercises of the Royal Bahamas Police Force.  A hard working police officer with over 2 years experience and church member, the Mission extends congratulations to Bro. Rahming on a job well done.  Pastor E. Bryan Tinker, Acting President, is seen extending congratulations to Bro. Rahming.
