Celebrating 25 Years Of Christian Education
The Journey To Excellence Continues

Grand Bahama Academy commends its Grade 9 church members moving to Grade 10 with 5 or more BJC’s with grade C and above.

·         The Academy is still accepting students for this new school year, however Grade 3 is full.
School Reopens September 4, 2006 for all New students – 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
All Returning Students – September 5, 2006,  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.

Take advantage of a Christ centered education

 Family Life Ministries  The Inter-American Division will be conducting a special Family Life Cruise August 19-26, 2007 for members and friends of the entire Inter-American Division Family.  15% of the cost of the cruise is payable when you register during the month of October 2006 and 1/3 of the balance will be due by January 20, 2007

UPCOMING YOUTH EVENT

v      The first Pathfinder March and Rally will be on Sabbath, September 16, 2006.

Medical Assistance

  • Please be advised that Sis. Elaine Rolle will be undergoing Spine Surgery on September 28, 2006 at Microspine in Defuniak Springs.  A Luncheon will be held on August 31, 2006 at Workers House to assist with her medical expenses, any assistance you can render will be appreciated.  Tickets for this event are on sale for $10.00.  For further information, please contact Bro. Charles Rolle at 348-3444/5 or 646-9945.
     
  • The Eight Mile Rock Community Services Department will be conducting a Fish Fry on Sunday, August 27, 2006 at the Eight Mile Rock Church grounds beginning at 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.  Tickets are on sale for $7.00. All proceeds from this Fish Fry will go towards their educational fund.

  • Sunrise Adventist Men invites you to an XCITING night of FISH FRY & FESTIVAL, JAM #2 – Come N’ enjoy Delicious food, lively games, slammin music and very live performances.  Drinks and Potato Bread will also be on sale.

The place is Old Hawksbill High School Grounds
